摘要
建设全国统一大市场是加快构建新发展格局的基础支撑和内在要求,有助于释放中国超大规模市场优势。但是在全国统一大市场建设下,成都市会展行业走向全国统一大市场仍面临着人才储备少、品牌优势不足、中高端产业融合缺失等一系列问题。为此,从战略管理视角下思考会展行业走向全国统一大市场要更加重视前期的环境条件分析,做好战略规划,落实好战略实施过程中的权责关系、人才建设、控制管理,同时对成都市会展行业融入全国统一大市场的成效做出客观、准确评价。
