摘要
本文立足文化自信、城市更新两大国家战略需求的交会点,将城市历史环境价值特色作为城市更新价值提升的宝贵资源,从文化保护传承、建成环境再利用、功能适配提升三方面阐述了城市品质提升、公共服务与环境改善、经济社会与环境高质量发展的原理、方法及相关实践路径。
Based on the intersection of two national strategies of cultural confidence and urban renewal,and taking the urban historic environment as valuable resources for value enhancement in urban renewal,this paper expounds the principles,methods,and related practical paths for urban quality improvement,public service and environmental improvement,high-quality development from three aspects:cultural protection and inheritance,built environment reuse and functional adaptation.
