摘要
河钢宣钢焦化厂1#、2#焦炉经多年使用存在炭化室墙面熔洞、炉底砖破损、立火道堵塞等问题,严重影响焦炉安全操作和炉体寿命。在不影响焦炉正常生产的前提下,提出焦炉热态挖补炉墙熔洞、焦炉立火道疏通清扫器研制和疏通方法,实现了焦炉热修操作的安全、快捷,在提高焦炭质量的同时实现了节能减排。
After many years of use,1#and 2#coke ovens in Xuangang Coking Plant have problems such as melting hole of charcoal chamber wall,brick damage at the bottom of the carbonized chamber,blockage of the vertical fireway,which seriously affect the safe operation of coke oven and the life of furnace body.On the premise of not affecting the normal production of coke oven,the mending of melting hole on furnace wall of the coke oven under thermal state,vertical fireway dredging sweeper development and its dredging method are proposed,which realize the safety and speed of coke oven thermal repair operation,energy saving and emission reduction while improving the quality of coke.
