摘要
网络安全保障是公共图书馆建设、发展以及稳定运行的必要条件。通过对公共图书馆网络安全问题的分析,提出了可通过建立网络安全管理机制、动态技术防御机制以及政策保障机制等,来提升公共图书馆网络安全的管理水平。
Network security guarantee is a necessary condition for the construction,development,and stable operation of smart libraries.By analyzing the current situation and problems of network security in smart libraries,it is proposed that the management level of network security in smart libraries can be improved by establishing dynamic defense mechanisms,security management mechanisms,and policy guarantee mechanisms for network security.
