摘要
介绍了一种波前探测技术在北京三号B卫星相机光学系统地面高精度测试中的应用,通过计算传感器接收到的相位差异信息进行波前反演,可以获得稳定且精度较高的波前信息。相位差异(PD)法是其中一种波前探测技术,在北京三号B卫星项目中进行了初步尝试,文章对其进行了介绍、分析和评估,该方法具有较好的稳定性和可靠性,并有潜在的应用前景。研究结果解决了现有国外商业测量软件对复杂结构的相机光学系统波前测量计算不足的问题,具有较高的工程应用价值。
This paper presents the application of wave-front sensing technology for high-precision ground testing of the camera optical systems of the BJ-3B satellite.The technology calculates the phase diversity information received by the sensors to perform wave-front inversion,and stably obtain high-precision wave-front information.The phase diversity(PD)method is one of the wave-front sensing technologies,which is preliminarily attempted in the BJ-3B satellite project.By systematic analysis and evaluating,the method has good stability and reliability,and has potential application prospects.The study has solved the problem of insufficient wave-front measurement calculation for camera optical system with complex structures using foreign commercial measurement software.The study work has important engineering application value in a word.
