摘要
对5种高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材及其与后浇混凝土的粘结构件进行热老化处理,并在不同观测时间点进行耐久性相关性能测试,结果表明:卷材本身的耐久性主要由主体片材决定,HDPE的热稳定性高于LLDPE;卷材与后浇混凝土构件的粘结耐久性主要由热熔胶决定,60℃下热熔胶主要发生小分子迁移,未发现分子链的断裂或降解。
Five types of polymer film reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membranes and their adhesive specimen with post-cast concrete are subjected to thermal aging treatment,and durability related performance tests are conducted at different observation time points.The results show that the durability of the membrane itself is mainly determined by the main sheet material,and the thermal stability of HDPE is higher than that of LLDPE;the bonding durability between membrane and post-cast concrete structures is mainly determined by hot-melt adhesive;at 60℃,mainly small molecule migration happens to hot-melt adhesive,and no molecular chain fracture or degradation is found.
