摘要 提出了基于数字图像分析法的机制砂清水混凝土外观质量评价方法,采用数字图像分析法和人工测量分别对所制备的机制砂清水混凝土的气孔面积、孔径、气孔数量和灰度进行分析。结果表明:两组混凝土表面气孔随机分布,各试样表面最大孔径和气孔面积比均满足规范要求;数字图像分析与人工测量所得孔径最大面和气孔数量最多面相同;因配合比不同,各混凝土试样表面亮度与色差存在差异,亮度与色差间无明显关联;表面色差受混凝土中矿物掺和料影响显著,石灰石粉因不含深色有机物更有利于降低其表面色差。该评价方法可用于机制砂清水混凝土外观质量的快速评价。 An evaluation method of appearance quality of machine-made sand fair-faced concrete based on digital image analysis method was proposed.The area,aperture,number of pores and gray scale of the prepared machine-made sand fair-faced concrete were analyzed respectively by digital image analysis method and manual measurement.The results show that the surface pores of the two groups of concrete are randomly distributed,and the maximum aperture and pore area ratio of each sample surface meet the specification requirements.The surface with the largest aperture and the surface with the largest number of pores obtained through digital image analysis method and manual measurement are the same.Due to different mix proportions,the surface brightness and color difference of each concrete sample are different,and there is no obvious correlation between brightness and color difference.The surface color difference is significantly affected by mineral admixtures in concrete,and limestone powder is more conducive to reducing its surface color difference because it does not contain dark organic matter.This evaluation method can be used to quickly evaluate the appearance quality of machine-made sand fair-faced concrete.
