摘要
桩基工程作为房屋建筑施工项目的基础工程,可将地表建筑物产生的荷载力进行转移,利用地下桩端岩土持力层承受地表建筑物的作用力,避免建筑物产生不均匀沉降问题。桩基工程被广泛应用于房屋建筑施工中,其施工质量关乎整个建筑物的承载能力,但由于桩基深埋于地下是隐蔽工程的一种,所以桩基工程施工质量极易受到影响,倘若出现质量问题将会影响建筑物上部结构,乃至于整个建筑物结构的安全。为此需要针对房屋建筑桩基工程项目开展质量检测工作,确保桩基工程施工质量满足工程要求。该文以某小区住宅楼工程建设作为研究分析对象,通过探讨其所应用的检测技术,分析质量检验试验数据结果,为其他房屋建筑工程的质量检测提供参考。
As the foundation engineering of building construction project,pile foundation engineering can transfer the load force generated by surface buildings,and use the rock and soil bearing layer at the end of underground pile to bear the force of surface buildings to avoid uneven settlement of buildings.Pile foundation engineering is widely used in building construction,and its construction quality is related to the bearing capacity of the whole building.However,as pile foundation is a kind of concealed engineering,the construction quality of pile foundation engineering is easily affected.If there is a quality problem,it will affect the safety of the superstructure of the building and even the whole building structure.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out quality inspection for the pile foundation engineering of building to ensure that the construction quality of pile foundation engineering meets the engineering requirements.In this paper,the construction of a power station is taken as the research and analysis object,and the quality inspection test data results are analyzed by discussing the quality inspection technology applied,which provides reference for the quality inspection of other housing construction projects.
