蚯蚓生态滤池工艺处理农村生活污水的设计与运行试验

摘要 农村水污染低成本处理及资源化利用是实现农村水污染综合治理的保障,本文结合贵州某农村生活污水的实际水量水质情况,选用蚯蚓生态滤池工艺进行设计及工程处理。运行试验结果表明,蚯蚓生态滤池稳定运行后,生活污水中COD、BOD5、SS、TP、TN、NH3-N等的去除率可以分别达到79.53%、86.89%、92.26%、68.21%、50.52%、86.79%,降碳脱氮除磷的效果明显,出水水质可满足贵州省《农村生活污水处理水污染物排放标准》DB52/1424-2019一级标准。同时,该工艺还具有运行成本低、出水及污泥可资源化利用等优点。 Low-cost treatment and resource utilization of rural water pollution are the guarantee to realize comprehensive treatment of rural water pollution.According to the actual quantity and quality of domestic wastewater in a rural area of Guizhou province,an earthworm ecological filter process was selected for the treatment.The pilot test results showed that the earthworm ecological filter process runs stably,and the removal rates of COD,BOD 5,SS,TP,TN and NH 3-N could reach 79.53%,86.89%,92.26%,68.21%,50.52%and 86.79%,respectively.The effect of reducing carbon and removing nitrogen and phosphorus was obvious.The effluent quality can meet the first level standard of DB52/1424-2019 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Rural Sewage Treatment in Guizhou Province.The process also has the advantages of low operation cost,and achieving reusable effluent and sludge.
