摘要
目的:探讨细节管理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术配合的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月于南通市通州区人民医院手术室接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施手术室常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施细节管理。比较两组患者手术配合不良事件发生情况、术中配合情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术配合不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组物品准备合格率和术中配合准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中运用细节管理,能够有效提升术中配合度,减少不良事件,提高患者对护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of detail management on the coordination of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of eighty patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the operating room of Tongzhou District People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management in the operating room,and the observation group implemented detailed management based on the control group.The incidence of adverse events,intraoperative coordination and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The qualified rate of article preparation and the accuracy of intraoperative coordination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application of detail management in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve intraoperative coordination,reduce adverse events,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.
