摘要
目的:探讨雷火灸联合低频脉冲治疗对人工流产术后患者疼痛程度和不良反应的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月南宁市第六人民医院收治的人工流产术后疼痛患者407例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组207例、观察组200例。对照组给予低频脉冲治疗,观察组给予低频脉冲联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组患者疼痛强度分级、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组患者每次治疗前、治疗结束时、0.5、1、2、4 h疼痛强度分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束时、治疗后0.5、1、2、4 h时,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合低频脉冲治疗能降低人流术后患者的疼痛程度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of lightning fire moxibustion combined with low frequency pulse therapy on pain degree and adverse reactions of patients after induced abortion.Methods:A total of four hundred and seven patients with pain after induced abortion treated in Nanning Sixth People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(207 cases)and observation group(200 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given low frequency pulse treatment,and the observation group was given low frequency pulse combined with lightning fire moxibustion treatment.The pain intensity rating and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain intensity grade of observation group was better than that of control group before each treatment,at the end of treatment,0.5,1,2,4 h,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,0.5,1,2 and 4 h after treatment,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lightning fire moxibustion combined with low frequency pulse therapy can reduce the pain degree of patients after abortion.
