摘要
“陆海数字经济时代”是海洋经济与内陆经济互动共生的新时代。在第四工业革命的驱动下,海洋工业时代向陆海数字经济时代转型已是一种不可逆转的大趋势。经济全球化资本市场发展的内在需求促使陆海经济联动加速,落后的内陆国家和地区的政策引导推动陆海经济联动,现代科技的发展为海洋经济向陆海经济联动创造了基础条件,“一带一路”倡议进一步推动海洋经济向陆海经济联动转型。在陆海经济联动不断强化的背景下,内陆大城市的兴起成为一种新的趋势,且为海洋工业经济时代向陆海数字经济时代转型的重要推动力。
"Land-sea digital economy era"is a new era of interaction and symbiosis between marine economy and inland economy.Driven by the fourth industrial revolution,the transition from the maritime industrial era to the land-sea digital economy era is an irreversible trend.The intrinsic demand of economic globalization and capital market development has accelerated the linkage of land and sea economy,the policy guidance of backward inland countries and regions has promoted the linkage of land and sea economy,the development of modern science and technology has created basic conditions for the linkage of land and sea economy,and the Belt and Road initiative has further promoted the transformation of marine economy to linkage of land and sea economy.In the context of the strengthening of land-sea economic linkage,the rise of inland metropolitan cities has become a new trend and an important driving force for the transformation from the era of marine industrial economy to the era of land-sea digital economy.
