摘要
目的:探讨团体心理干预在签约家庭医生管理的高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1—12月北京市朝阳区将台、小红门、三间房、金盏4个区域签约家庭医生管理的160例高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组实施常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施团体心理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组血压极高、较高率低于对照组,血压正常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组客观支持、主观支持、对支持利用度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:团体心理干预在签约家庭医生管理的高血压患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者血压控制情况、负性情绪、社会支持度及应对方式,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of group psychological intervention in hypertensive patients managed by contracted family doctors.Methods:A total of 160 patients with hypertension under the management of contracted family doctors in Jiangtai,Xiaohongmen,Sanjianfang and Jinzhan regions of Beijing Chaoyang District from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented group psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the rates of extremely high blood pressure and high blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the normal blood pressure rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After the intervention,the scores of objective support,subjective support and support availability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the positive coping score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative coping score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of group psychological intervention in hypertensive patients managed by contracted family doctors has a significant effect,which can improve blood pressure control,negative emotions,social support and coping methods,which is worth promoting.
