摘要
目的:分析子宫肌瘤聚集超声手术治疗患者的围术期护理对策与效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月阳江市人民医院收治的采用聚集超声手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者90例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合围术期护理。比较两组患者护理效果、配合度、并发症发生情况、生命质量。结果:观察组住院时间、首次下床时间均短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组情绪、语言、行为评分及配合度总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。护理结束后1周、1个月、3个月,观察组生命质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:子宫肌瘤聚集超声手术治疗患者实施围术期护理的效果显著,可加快疾病恢复速度,提高患者配合度与生命质量,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective:To analyze the perioperative nursing countermeasures and effects of patients with uterine fibroid treated by focused ultrasound surgery.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,90 patients with uterine fibroid who were treated by focused ultrasound surgery in Yangjiang People′s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received routine care combined with perioperative care.The nursing effectiveness,cooperation,incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between two groups of patients.Results:The hospitalization time and first ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the total scores of emotion,language,behavior and cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).At 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the end of nursing,the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing for patients with uterine fibroid treated by focused ultrasound surgery can accelerate disease recovery,improve patient cooperation and quality of life,and reduce the risk of complications.
