摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月临沭县妇幼保健院收治的60例妊娠高血压综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组血压水平、红细胞比容及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞比容低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片联合盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果较好,可有效控制血压水平,降低不良反应发生风险,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to Linshu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Labetalol Hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure,erythrocyte volume and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The erythrocyte volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride have good clinical effect in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,which can effectively control blood pressure and reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
