摘要
目的探讨初产妇应用母婴床旁护理联合系统性母乳喂养指导对其产后恢复及泌乳功能的影响。方法选取78例待产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以母婴床旁护理联合系统性母乳喂养指导。比较两组产后恢复及泌乳情况、产妇母乳喂养自我效能及产后1周母乳喂养成功率。结果观察组首次排气、排便及下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组初次泌乳时间比对照组短,且泌乳频率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)评分较对照组高,母乳喂养成功率84.62%明显高于对照组的61.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇采取母婴床旁护理联合系统性母乳喂养指导能够促进产后恢复,提高泌乳功能,还可提高其母乳喂养自我效能及喂养成功率。
Objective To investigate the effects of bedside nursing combined with systematic breastfeeding guidance on postpartum recovery and lactation function of primiparas.Methods 78 expectant parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given bedside nursing combined with systematic breastfeeding guidance on the basis of the control group.Postpartum recovery and lactation,maternal self-efficacy of breastfeeding and success rate of breastfeeding at 1 week after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first exhaust,defecation and getting out of bed in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first lactation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of lactation was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding self-efficacy scale(BSES)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the success rate of breastfeeding was 84.62%significantly higher than that of the control group(61.54%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of maternal and infant bedside nursing and systematic breastfeeding guidance can promote postpartum recovery,improve lactation function,and improve breastfeeding selfefficacy and feeding success rate.
