摘要
洛书九宫图画的是方之图,但模拟洛书联合后天八卦,是以“5”为中心,中土自旋,生化万物的“圆平衡”之象。从中医学角度来看,人体自身脾胃(中土)居于中焦位置,中焦脾胃生化气血,斡旋枢机,长养全身,即“中央土以灌四傍”。中焦脾胃相当于洛书“圆平衡”结构的圆心位置,而我们的双臂、头脚及右肩左足、左肩右足等均为模拟的“中间杠杆”,交叉对称。巨刺、缪刺均为左病刺右、右病刺左、交叉取穴的针刺方法,区别在于针刺的浅深、病位的浅深及在络或在经的不同。基于洛书“圆平衡”之象,当身体一侧经脉或络脉有邪气时,针刺圆内平衡结构的两端相对应位置,或“上病下取”,可经过洛书中央数5的沟通,调节圆内不同方位的穴位,以平衡人体气血阴阳,祛邪扶正。对于疼痛性疾病,临床也多采用交叉取穴的方法,“从阳引阴,从阴引阳”,以调节人体偏颇的阴阳状态,使疾病自愈。
The nine⁃palace map of Luo Chart is a picture of a square,but it simulates the combination of Luo Chart and the acquired Eight Trigrams.It is a"circular⁃balance"image with"5"as the center,the middle earth spinning,and generating everything on earth.From the perspective of TCM,the human body′s spleen and stomach(middle earth)are located in the middle energizer,where the spleen and stomach are used to generate qi and blood,mediate the pivot,and nourish the whole body,that is,"the central earth is used to irrigate the four sides".The position of the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer is equivalent to the center position of the"cir⁃cular balance"structure in Luo Chart,while our arms,head and feet,right shoulder and left foot,left shoulder and right foot,etc.are all symmetrically crossed with a simulated"middle lever"."Contralateral meridian needling"and"contralateral collateral needling"are both acupuncture methods for selecting acupoints at the intersection of left and right diseased needling,with the difference being in the depth degree of needling,the depth degree of the disease location,and in the meridian or collateral.Based on the image of"circular bal⁃ance"in Luo Chart,when there is pathogenic qi in one side of the body′s meridians or collaterals,needling the corresponding positions of the two ends of the balance structure within the circle,or"treating the lower for the upper,"can adjust the acupoints in different di⁃rections within the circle to balance the body′s qi and blood,yin and yang,dispel pathogens and reinforce the healthy qi through commu⁃nication with the central number 5 in Luo Chart.For painful diseases,the method of cross⁃acupoint selection is often used in clinical practice,which is to"guide yin from yang,and guide yang from yin"to regulate the deviation of the yin⁃yang state in the human body and enable the disease to self heal.
