摘要
中国式现代化既有各国现代化的共性,也有基于中国国情而来的个性。党的二十大报告指出了中国式现代化的五大个性,其中第一条就是:“中国式现代化是人口规模巨大的现代化”。中国广土众民的国情决定了中国共产党面对的治理问题复杂、难度高。而正因中国实现现代化面对和解决的问题艰巨,才更显现中国共产党治国理政的不易,才更彰显中国共产党政党能力的强大。文章从中国共产党面对的“人口压力问题”“政治整合问题”“组织负效率问题”出发,讨论人口规模巨大这一基本国情带来的治理问题及中国共产党的解决之道。
The Chinese path to modernization has its own characteristics based on Chinese conditions,and uni⁃versality of all the paths to modernization as wellIn the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,five characteristics of Chinese path to modernization were mentioned and one of them is the scale of huge populationThe vast territory and large population mean that the CPC faces big challenges and difficulties in governanceIn other words,the more difficult the issues are,the stronger the capability of the Communist Party of China should haveThis text is to discuss the issues of population pressure,political integration and organizational inefficiency,etcand explore the solutions to these issues by the Communist Party of China.
