摘要
以汕尾市为研究区域,从提供者和接受者两个视角对市级尺度农业社会化服务进行分析,在对镇域经济发展现状进行赋值基础上,探讨镇域经济发展水平与农业社会化服务关系,以期为欠发达地区农业社会化服务发展提供参考。通过构建镇域经济发展和农业社会化服务供需匹配指标体系,评估镇域经济发展水平和农业社会化服务供需情况;并进一步采用偏相关分析方法分析不同镇域经济发展水平与农业社会化服务组织类型、从业人员数量、平均年龄、具有大学本科以上学历人员数量、服务种类数量和各具体服务内容等的相关性。结果表明,服务提供主体的从人员数量和质量都不高,以家庭形式为主。提供服务内容与接受和需求服务内容相似,皆以传统服务为主,比如农资销售、农机耕整地服务和农产品营销等,新型服务如农业信息服务、作物和生产全程托管、土地流转代理、农业金融服务等较少。镇域经济发展水平与农业社会化服务相关性较小,显著相关的几项具体服务,如移栽、收割和烘干服务,均为负相关,表明随着镇域经济发展水平的提高,上述几项服务的数量下降。
Taking Shanwei City as the research area,this paper analyzes the agricultural socialization services at the municipal level from the perspectives of providers and recipients.Based on the status quo of town economy development,this paper discusses the relationship between town economy development level and agricultural socialization service,in order to provide some reference for the development of agricultural socialization service in underdeveloped areas.The development level of town economy and the supply and demand of agricultural social services were evaluated by constructing the matching index system of town economic development and agricultural social services supply and demand.Partial correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the economic development level of different towns and the types of agricultural socialized service organizations,the number of employees,the average age,the number of people with a university degree or above,the number of service types and the specific service contents.The results show that:The number and quality of service providers are low,mainly in the form of families.The service content provided is similar to the service content received and demanded.They are mainly traditional services,such as agricultural material sales,agricultural machinery tillage and land preparation services and agricultural product marketing,etc.,while new services are few,such as agricultural information services,whole-process custody of crops and production,land transfer agents,agricultural financial services,etc.There is little correlation between the level of town economic development and agricultural socialization services,and several specific services that are significantly correlated,such as transplanting,harvesting and drying services,are all negatively correlated,indicating that the number of these services decreases with the improvement of town economic development level.
