江西赣南地区芝麻地方种质资源的遗传多样性分析 被引量:1

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Local Sesame Germplasm Resources in Southern Jiangxi Province

摘要 为探明江西省赣南区域芝麻种质资源的遗传基础和遗传特点,基于25个表型性状对该区域67份芝麻地方种质资源分别进行了遗传多样性指数、变异系数、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果显示:供试种质的13个质量性状的遗传多样性指数范围为0.4800~1.2972,12个数量性状的遗传多样性指数范围为1.0673~2.0302;除生育期外,其余11个数量性状的变异系数均大于10%;由此可知,67份赣南区域芝麻地方种质的表型变异较大,部分性状的遗传基础广泛,改良潜力较大。相关性分析表明:与单株产量呈极显著正相关的性状为主茎蒴节数、主茎蒴果数;主成分分析得出供试种质的4个主要因子分别为产量因子、蒴果性因子、粒重因子和生育期因子。聚类分析可划分为4个类群:类群Ⅰ可作为潜在选育芝麻长蒴果新品种的亲本材料,类群Ⅱ可作为潜在选育芝麻高产型种质资源,类群Ⅲ可作为潜在选育高粒重型亲本材料,类群Ⅳ可作为潜在选育矮秆多蒴型亲本材料加以利用。 In order to explore the genetic basis and characteristics of sesame germplasm resources in southern Jiangxi Province,we conduct genetic diversity index,coefficient of variation,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis for 67 local sesame germplasm resources based on 25 phenotypic traits.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of 13 qualitative traits in the tested germplasms ranged from 0.4800 to 1.2972,and the direct range of genetic diversity for 12 quantitative traits was 1.0673~2.0302.Except for the growth period,the coefficient of variation of the remaining 11 quantitative traits was greater than 10%.It can be seen that the phenotypic variation of 67 parts of local sesame germplasms in the southern Jiangxi is large,with a wide genetic basis and great improvement potential for some traits.The results of correlation analysis showed that the traits positively correlated with yield per plant were the main stem capsule,the number of main stem capsule and the infertile top length.The principal component analysis showed that the four main factors of the tested germplasms were yield factor,mean capsule factor,grain weight factor and growth period factor.The tested germplasms are divided into four groups by cluster analysis.Group I can be used as potential parent materials for breeding new sesame varieties with long mean capsule.GroupⅡcan be used as potential germplasms for breeding high-yield sesame.GroupⅢcan be used as potential parent materials for breeding sesame with high seed weight,and GroupⅣcan be used as potential parent materials for breeding short stem and multi capsule sesame seeds.
