摘要
高职院校内涵式发展关键在于产教融合、校企合作。由于校企间的资源集聚与共享融通不畅,存在无法形成多元协同人才培养格局,阻碍教育节律与企业实践同步,降低人才培养与培训的适应性等问题。在新时代职教改革背景下,鉴于技术技能人才培养的针对性和适应性需求,有效实践建筑产业智能化产教融合平台建设具有重要意义。
The key to the inclusive development of vocational colleges lies in the integration of industry and education, as well as school enterprise cooperation. Due to the poor integration and sharing of resources between schools and enterprises, there are problems such as the inability to form a diversified collaborative talent cultivation pattern, hindering the synchronization of education rhythm with enterprise practice, and reducing the adaptability of talent cultivation and training. In the context of the new era of vocational education reform, considering the targeted and adaptive needs of cultivating technical and skilled talents, it is of great significance to effectively practice the construction of an intelligent industry education integration platform in the construction industry.
