犬库兴氏综合征与生理生化指标的关联性分析 被引量:1

摘要 犬库兴氏综合征是由于肾上腺或脑垂体及下丘脑等中枢内分泌腺体受肿瘤等因素发生病变而导致糖皮质激素的过度分泌(自发性),或是外源性注射皮质醇激素(医源性)而导致的一类症候群的总称。对该病与生理生化指标及临床症状的关联性分析,包括人类该病的动物模型参考,都具有研究的意义。试验于动物医院采集自发型病例7例,集其血样后测定其各项生理生化指标,最后用t检测和Person相关关系数分析的方法分析各项生理生化指标同自发性库兴氏综合征的相关性。 Canine Cushing's syndrome is a general term for a class of syndroms caused by excessive secretion of glucocorticoid(spontaneous)or exogenous injection of cortisol hormone(iatrogenic)due to changes in central endocrine glands such as adrenal gland or pituitary gland and hypothalamus caused by tumors and other factors.It is of great significance to analyze the correlation between the disease and physiological and biochemical indicators and clinical symptoms,including the reference of animal models of human disease.In this study,7 spontaneous cases were collected from animal hospitals.After collecting blood samples,the physiological and biochemical indexes were determined.Finally,the correlation between the physiological and biochemical indexes and spontaneous Cushing's syndrome was analyzed by the method of t test and Person correlation number analysis.
