摘要
作为焦炉生产的核心部件,推焦杆在推焦过程中的振动问题直接影响焦炉的稳定生产,现场采集推焦杆推焦过程中的振动信号,以试验的角度分析推焦杆的振动特性。首先,截取部分采集到的振动信号作为模拟信号,分别通过傅里叶变换、短时傅里叶变换对模拟信号进行先验分析。接着,讨论了窗长对模拟信号分辨率的影响,结果表明:窗长为1.4×2048时,信号经过短时傅里叶变换后分辨率最高。最后,将以上算法应用于推焦杆振动信号的时频分析,结果表明:信号经过窗长为1.4×2048的短时傅里叶变换后,能够较准确地找出推焦杆振动的发生时间,并提取出其发生振动频率范围,为推焦杆振动特性分析提供了试验依据。
As the core part of coke oven production,the vibration of coke pushing rod during the coke pushing process directly affects the stable production of coke oven.In this paper,the vibration signals of coke pushing rod during the coke pushing process are collected on site,and the vibration characteristics of coke pushing rod are analyzed from the angle of experiment.First of all,the vibration signal collected by the intercepting part is used as the analog signal,and the priori analysis of the analog signal is carried out by Fourier transform and short-time Fourier transform respectively.Then,the influence of the window length on the resolution of the analog signal is discussed.The results show that when the window length is 1.4×2048,the resolution of the signal is the highest after the short-time Fourier transform.Finally,the above algorithm is applied to the time-frequency analysis of the vibration signal of the coke pushing rod.The results show that after the signals passes through the short-time Fourier transform with a window length of 1.4×2048,the vibration occurrence time of coke pushing rod can be found out more accurately,and the vibration frequency range is extracted,which provides the experimental basis for the analysis of the vibration characteristics of coke pushing rod.
