摘要
本研究通过加入HCl或FeCl3酸化养猪废水得到沉淀物,利用三维荧光光谱、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射图谱对养猪废水中溶解性有机物(DOM)进行定性表征,发现养猪废水中主要DOM成分为含酰胺基团的有机物。本研究结果表明,酰胺类DOM可能是新型污染物。
In this study,precipitation was obtained by adding HCl or FeCl3 to acidify swine wastewater,and the dissolved organic matter(DOM)in swine wastewater was qualitatively characterized by three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum.Fourier infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction.It was found that the main DOM components in the swine wastewater were organic matter containing amide groups.The results of this study indicate that DOM amide may be an emerging pollutant.
