摘要
以采集于湖北省仙桃市张沟镇的野生黄鳝(Monopterus albus)作为亲本个体,通过人工授精的方式建立黄鳝家系11组,待黄鳝生长至10、90、260日龄时,每组随机抽取约30尾测量全长、体重生长数据。根据260日龄测量数据分析结果表明,黄鳝全长和体重分布范围较大,全长介于7.00~30.00 cm,最大值为最小值的4.28倍;体质量2.00~31.5 g,最大值为最小值的15.75倍。筛选出快速生长家系9号、10号、21号和22号家系,260日龄时平均体重分别为10.05、10.61、10.23和9.97 g;平均日增重分别为0.0387、0.0408、0.0393和0.0383 g;10~260日龄相对增重率分别为0.0376、0.0399、0.0371 g/d和0.0367 g/d。慢速生长家系3组(2号、24号和27号),260日龄时平均体重分别为6.18 g、6.45 g和6.77 g;平均日增重均小于0.026g;10~260日龄相对增重率分别为0.0227、0.0244和0.0238 g/d。根据测量得到的360个数据拟合260日龄黄鳝全长与体重的相互关系曲线,通过数据分析结果可得黄鳝全长与体重幂函数关系式为W=7.7647L^(0.3916)(R^(2)=0.7921)。结果表明黄鳝不同家系之间存在生长情况差别较大的情况,可以通过家系选育的方式筛选出生长速度快的优良家系。
The wild Monopterus albus collected as parent individuals in Zhanggou Town,Xiantao City,Hubei Province.A total of 11 groups of M.albus families were established by artificial insemination.When the M.albus were 10,90 and 260 days old,a total of 30 individuals were randomly selected from each group to measure the growth data.According to the 260-day-old measurement data,the distribution range of the total length and body weight of the M.albus was large,the total length ranges from 7.00 cm to 30.00 cm,about 4.28 times,and the body weight was between 2.00~31.5 g,about 15.75 times.The fast-growing families No.9,No.10,No.21 and No.22 were screened out,with average body weights of 10.05,10.61,10.23,and 9.97 g,respectively.The average daily weight gain was 0.0387,0.0408,0.0393 and 0.0383 g.The relative weight gain rates were 0.0376,0.0399,0.0371 and 0.0367 g/d,respectively.There were 3 groups of slow-growing families(including No.2,No.24 and No.27 families),with average body weights of 6.18,6.45 and 6.77 g,respectively.The average daily weight gain of 0.0238,0.0248 and 0.0260 g.The relative weight gain rates were 0.0227,0.0244 and 0.0238 g/d,respectively.According to the 360 measured data,the correlation curve between the total length and body weight of the 260-day-old M.albus was fitted.Through the data analysis results,the power function relationship between the total length and body weight of the M.albus could be obtained as W=7.7647L^(0.3916)g/cm 0.3916(R^(2)=0.7921).The results showed that there were large differences in growth conditions among different families of M.albus,and excellent families with fast growth rates could be screened out by means of family selection.
