摘要
数字化时代,人口老龄化将更多老年人推向数字鸿沟的边缘,老年信息化教育成为助力老年人跨越数字鸿沟的重要途径。在政策大力推动的背景下,为了解信息化教育助力老年人跨越数字鸿沟的现实情况,选取了上海市3所老年大学,围绕“老年人跨越数字鸿沟现状”与“老年信息化教育现状”两大核心问题展开调研。结果表明,老年人跨越数字鸿沟的自主意愿较高;学习能力是主要制约因素;网络社交与休闲娱乐的使用频率最高;智能化就医与网上办事是急需学习的内容。在老年信息化教育开展过程中,学校教育最受老年人欢迎;老年人对现有的信息化教育总体满意但也有期待。建议未来老年信息化教育内容应“适需化”,满足老年人学习需求;教育过程“适老化”,适应老年人学习特点;师资建设“助老化”,打造助老师资队伍;学习环境多元化,构建助老共同体,助力老年人跨越数字鸿沟。
In the digital age,the aging population will push more elderly people to the edge of the digital divide.Information education for the elderly has become an important way to help the elderly cross the digital divide.Under the background of solid policy promotion,in order to understand the reality of information-based education assisting the elderly to cross the digital divide,three universities for the elderly in Shanghai are selected to research the two core issues of"the current situation of the elderly to overcome the digital divide"and"the current situation of information-based education for the elderly".The results show that the elderly are more willing to cross the digital divide.Learning ability is the main restriction factor.The use frequency of social networking and leisure entertainment is the highest.Intelligent medical treatment and online service is an urgent need to learn.In the process of information education for the elderly,school education is the most popular among the elderly.The elderly are generally satisfied with the existing information education but also have expectations.It is suggested that the content of information education for the elderly in the future should be adaptable to meet the learning needs of the elderly.The educational process is suitable for the elderly and adapts to the learning characteristics of the elderly.Teachers construction is helpful for elderly people,and can create a professional teachers team to help the elderly.The learning environment should be diversified,and a community should be built to help the elderly overcome the digital divide.
