摘要
对于地铁隧道上方开挖的基坑工程,如何控制下卧地铁隧道变形是保证既有地铁隧道结构安全的关键问题。以重庆江北嘴国际金融中心基坑工程为例,考虑原方案在开挖组织中施工进度缓慢对基坑、隧道结构的不利影响,从优化开挖程序、机械配合方案、缩短基底暴露时间的角度进行安全保护方案的局部优化,采用分层分区不分段同步开挖和机械设备配套施工开挖基坑土石方,进一步优先保障轨道安全。
For the foundation pit project excavated above the subway tunnel,how to control the deformation of the underlying subway tunnel is the key to ensure the structural safety of the existing tunnel.Based on the foundation pit project of Chongqing Jiangbeizui International Financial Center,this paper,considering the adverse impact of slow construction progress on the foundation pit and the tunnel structure in the excavation organization of the original plan,made local optimization of safety protection schemes from the perspective of optimizing excavation procedures and mechanical coordination schemes,as well as shortened the exposure time of the foundation,while adopting the method of synchronous hierarchical and partial excavation and mechanical equipment supporting construction to further guarantee the safety of the subway structure.
