摘要
R410A空调压缩机冷冻油主要有PVE(醚类油)和POE(酯类油)两种。通过两种冷冻油压缩机静态腔体液位高度(单机和系统)的泄漏电流的试验,说明PVE和POE冷冻油与R410A制冷剂的互溶性,并分析压缩机不同零部件对压缩机泄漏电流的影响,指导压缩机和空调系统设计。过载、接线柱、电机等电气件对泄漏电流影响大,当制冷剂比例超42%,POE和PVE油压缩机泄漏电流均突增,随着比例增加,液面上升,泄漏电流也增加。
R410A air conditioner compressor refrigerant oil mainly PVE(ether oil)and POE(ester oil).Based on the leakage current of the two refrigerant oil compressors at dif-ferent liquid level heights(single machine and system),this section describes the mutual solubility of PVE and POE refrigerant oil and R410A refrigerant.At the same time,analyze the influence of different parts of the compressor and their defects on the leakage cur-rent of the compressor,guide the design of the compressor and air conditioning system.Over-load,terminal,motor and other electrical components have a great influence on the leak-age current.When the refrigerant proportion reaches 42%,the leakage current of both POE and PVE oil compressors increases dramatically.As the proportion increases,the liq-uid level rises and the leakage current also increases.
