摘要
阵风锁装置可将飞机舱门开启保持在固定位置,防止因阵风或其他外力作用使飞机舱门晃动。面对客机舱门大型化的发展趋势,阵风锁承受极限风载荷极剧增加。针对现有阵风锁机构单个型面接触承载能力不足,提出二支撑型面承载增大接触面积以减小应力的思路,构造由摆动凸轮、止动摆杆机构等组成的新型阵风锁机构。摆动凸轮与阵风锁支座滚轮接触后转动,联动止动摆杆控制锁柱锁止运动,锁扣配合锁柱锁止阵风锁机构,实现阵风锁利用锁扣配合导杆进行锁止和开启。采用ADAMS对新型机构锁止和开启过程进行仿真分析,验证了运动可行性;进行8级风载荷作用下的ANSYS受力仿真,分析了新型阵风锁的应力和应变情况,相比现有阵风锁,新型阵风锁结构更可靠。
The gust lock device can keep the aircraft cabin door in a fixed position to prevent the aircraft cabin door from shaking due to gusts or other external forces;In the face of the development trend of large passenger aircraft doors,the limiting wind load borne by the gust lock has increased dramatically.In view of the insufficient contact bearing capacity of a single profile of the existing gust lock mechanism,the idea of increasing the contact area and reducing the stress of the two supporting profiles is proposed.A new type of gust lock mechanism is constructed,which is composed of a swing cam and a latching swing rod mechanism.The swing cam is driven by the roller of the gust lock roller.The linkage swing cam controls the latching swing rod to control the locking movement of the lock column,and cooperates with the lock pillar to lock the gust lock mechanism;And the locking and opening simulation of the new mechanism through the lock catch and guide rod verifies the movement feasibility;The stress and strain of the new type of gust lock are analyzed by static steady-state force simulation under the action of eight-level wind load(using ANSYS software).It is concluded that the new type of gust lock structure is more reliable than the existing gust lock structure.
