航空活塞发动机失火时的缸压特性研究

摘要 以一台四缸四冲程的压燃式航空活塞发动机为研究对象,研究了发动机失火时失火缸的缸压峰值变化。通过压燃式航空活塞发动机燃烧系统的仿真,基于AMESim建立了航空活塞发动机模型,并通过实验台架采集到的数据对仿真模型进行验证。以失火时的缸压差值为失火特征,通过在模型中控制喷油脉宽,模拟喷油器故障。研究了在不同转速下,发动机的气缸失火对发动机气缸缸压的影响。结果表明,转速越快,失火特征越小。通过分析每个气缸的缸压变化,可以准确地判断出发动机是否失火和失火缸的位置。 A four-cylinder,four-stroke compression-ignition aero-piston engine was used as the object of study,and the peak cylinder pressure variation of the misfiring cylinder during engine misfire was investigated.The simulation of the combustion system of a compression-ignition aero-piston engine was investigated by building an aero-piston engine model based on AMESim and validating the simulation model with data collected from the experimental stand.The differential cylinder pressure at the misfire was used as the misfire characteristic,and injector failure was simulated by controlling the injection pulse width in the model.The effect of cylinder misfire on the cylinder pressure of the engine cylinders was investigated at different speeds.The results show that the faster the speed,the smaller the misfire characteristics.By analyzing the cylinder pressure variation of each cylinder,the location of the misfiring cylinder can be accurately determined.
