摘要
以二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)、聚己内酯多元醇(PCL)为原料,混合多元醇为扩链剂制备得到高性能透明聚氨酯灌注胶料,使用差示扫描量热测试(DSC)确定了胶料固化反应的工艺条件,测定了灌注胶料的基本性能及工艺试用期,并将聚氨酯灌注胶料以中间粘接层形式应用于航空有机层合玻璃的研制,并研究了聚氨酯灌注胶料层的厚度对层合玻璃性能的影响,结果表明:中间层聚氨酯灌注胶料的厚度为1.6 mm时,层合玻璃的抗冲击性能最佳,平均抗冲击强度能够达到84.81 kJ/m2。
The high performance transparent polyurethane pouring adhesive is synthesized with hexamethylene diisocyanate(HMDI),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polytetrahydrofuran ether diol(PTMEG),polycaprolactone polyol(PCL)as raw materials,and mixture of polyols as chain extender.The curing reaction process conditions of the adhesive are confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),the basic properties and process trial period of the adhesive are determined,and the polyurethane adhesive is applied to the development of aviation organic laminated glass in the form of intermediate adhesive layer,and the effect of the thickness of polyurethane layer on the properties of laminated glass is studied.The results show that when the thickness of polyurethane adhesive is 1.6 mm,the laminated glass has the best impact resistance with an average impact strength of 84.81 kJ/m2.
