摘要
为充分利用呼和浩特—赤峰既有铁路资源,融合沿线旅游产业,创新研究了旅游铁路开行方案。通过分析沿线社会经济特征和旅游客流需求,采用增长系数法预测研究年度分方式到达景区游客流量和旅游列车游客分担量;同时,对应中高消费层和大众消费层人群设置豪华和品质两类旅游列车;根据沿线地区旅游季节性差异明显的特征,分淡、旺季预测不同列车类型的旅游铁路客流及开行方案。为实现游客的多样化体验,旅游列车采取双向差异化对开,利用既有唐包、集二、集通、锡多和赤大白等铁路,主要停靠呼和浩特东站、集宁南站、多伦站、桑根达来站、经棚站、乌丹站和赤峰南站等。本线是内蒙古自治区全域四季旅游铁路规划“五线一环”的示范线,其建设对于提高既有铁路利用率,整合内蒙古自治区独特旅游资源具有重要意义和作用。
To make full use of the existing railway resources from Hohhot to Chifeng,the tourism railway running scheme is innovatively studied by integrating the tourism industry along the line.By analyzing the social and economic characteristics of the routes and the demand for tourist flow,the growth coefficient method is used to predict the tourist flow in three forward years by different ways and the tourist train share volume.Meanwhile,for the tourists with different requirements,luxury and comfortable trains are set up for high and middle classes consumer groups and mass consumer groups.According to the characteristics of obvious seasonal differences of the regions along the route of tourism,the passenger flow of different train types and the running plan of the tourist railway are predicted and studied.In order to achieve a diversified experience for tourists,the tourist trains will operate in a bidirectional and differentiated way,using the existing Tangshan-Baotou railway,Jining—Erlianhaote railway,Jining—Tongliao railway,Xilinhaote—Duolun railway,Chifeng—Daban—Baiyinhua railway and other railways,mainly stopping at Hohhot dong railway station,Jiningnan railway station,Duolun railway station,Sanggendalai railway station,Jingpeng railway station,Wudan railway station,Chifengnan railway station,etc.The studied tourist railway is a demonstration line of"five lines and one ring"in the four-season tourist railway planning of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Its construction plays an important role in improving the utilization rate of the existing railway and integrating the unique tourism resources of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
