摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,网络成为了当前获取信息的主要途径。随之而来的是对传统媒体行业的冲击,特别是纸媒在网络环境下如何树立新发展理念、融入新发展格局,在网络环境下努力实现传统纸媒与新媒体融合,成为了农业期刊纸媒编辑在新时代所遇见的挑战,同时也应当看到网络环境也为传统农业期刊纸媒编辑提供了新的发展机遇。挑战与机遇要求传统农业期刊纸媒编辑不断提升自身数字出版能力,更好的适应网络环境下所带来的新变化、新业态,更好的在新的发展环境中不断实现自身专业技术能力与综合素养全面、全方位提升,进而更好的服务新时代经济社会高质量发展,服务人民群众对美好生活的向往。本文基于对网络环境下数字出版能力提升的重要性展开讨论,浅析网络环境下农业期刊纸媒编辑所面临的挑战和机遇,重点分析网络环境下农业期刊编辑提升数字出版能力的途径选择,在此基础上,探索提出农业期刊纸媒编辑在网络环境下提升数字出版能力的若干工作建议。
With the continuous advancement of information technology,the internet has emerged as the primary avenue for accessing information in the present era.Consequently,traditional media industries,particularly print media,have faced challenges in establishing new development concepts and integrating into the evolving landscape within the online environment.The integration of traditional paper media with new media in the online environment has become a challenge for editors of agricultural journals in the new era,but at the same time it should be seen that the online environment also provides new development opportunities for the editors of traditional agricultural journals.The challenges and opportunities require the editors of traditional agricultural journalsto continuously enhance their digital publishing capabilities to better adapt to the new changes and new business models brought about by the online environment.Meanwhile,the challenges and opportunities also require the editors of traditional agricultural journalstocontinuously achieve comprehensive and all-round improvement of their professional and technical skills and comprehensive literacy in the new development environment,so as to better serve the high-quality development of the economy and society in the new era and serve the people's aspiration for a better life.The present study discusses the significance of enhancing digital publishing capabilities within the online environment,analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by theeditors ofagricultural journals,focuses on the strategies for improving their digital publishing capabilities.Based on these analyses,the current study presents several work recommendations for enhancing the digital publishing capabilities of theeditors of agricultural journals in the context of the online environment.
