摘要
锂渣是一种锂电池工业废渣,活性高达95%~110%,作为高活性水泥混合材使用,可有效提升水泥品质,降低水泥配料成本,缓解混合材供需矛盾。本文对锂渣的应用现状及化学性能进行了分析,并结合企业实际情况和实验数据,对锂渣使用方案的选择及优化提出了建议。锂渣使用方案受熟料质量、采购成本等多因素影响,需以质量及成本最优为原则进行选择。
Lithium slag is a kind of industrial waste residue of lithium battery,the activity is up to 95%~110%.As a high-activity cement mixture,it can effectively improve the quality of cement,reduce the cost of cement ingredients,ease the contradiction between supply and demand of the mixture.In this paper,the application status and chemical properties of lithium slag are analyzed,and suggestions on the selection and optimization of lithium slag are put forward.The utilization scheme of lithium slag is influenced by many factors,such as clinker quality and purchase cost.
