摘要
驼运即使用骆驼运输货物,是历史上西北和北方草原商业运输的主要方式。作为北方草原重要的商业城市,归化城商业活动网络的扩展主要依赖驼运行业,驼运伴随商业的繁荣而发展,逐渐成为集商业和运输于一体的重要行业。四通八达的驼运路线沟通了北方草原和西北地区,也将这一区域同更广阔的全国市场连接在一起。归化城驼运的发展是清代以来全国商品市场扩张中的一部分,归化城由此成为清代华北与蒙古草原市场网络的节点。驼运不仅是运输方式,它的背后是商业的繁荣,承载着商业的驼运实际上推动着商业在草原地区的不断扩张和发展。此外,驼运的作用不止于商业活动,产生的影响不限于经济方面,驼队的延伸和商路的开辟成为草原与更广阔的世界交流的纽带。
Camel transport,the use of camels to transport goods,was the main mode of commercial transpor-tation in the northwest and northern grasslands during the historical period.As an important commercial city in the northern grasslands,the expansion of the commercial network in Guihua City relied heavily on the camel transport industry,and thus camel transport developed gradually along with the commercial prosperity.In the pro-cess,camel transport became an important industry integrating commerce and transportation,with camel roads connecting the northern grasslands and the northwestern region,as well as linking the region to the wider nation-al market.The development of camel transport in Guihua City was part of the expansion of the national commod-ity market since the Qing Dynasty,and thus Guihua City became a node in the market network between north-ern China and the Mongolian steppe during the Qing Dynasty.Camel transport was not just a mode of transporta-tion,it was behind the prosperity of commerce,and the camel transport carrying commerce promoted the contin-uous expansion and development of commerce in the steppe region.In addition,camel transport was more than a commercial activity,and its impact was not only limited to economic aspects;the extension of camel caravans and the opening of commercial routes also became a link between the steppe and the wider world.
