摘要
针对现有电机电流信号(MCSA)诊断技术不能有效地对外滚道进行识别,且在电机空、轻载工况下仍面临着难以有效识别的难题,现拟研究一种利用多个转频脉宽调制成分对外滚道进行识别的新方法。并与其它以MCSA为基础的诊断方法进行对比,得出结论此方案关注的是故障对转频调制成分的影响,不仅能对微小的外滚道故障进行诊断,还能在感应电机的空载或轻载工况下发挥作用。
As current signal(MCSA)diagnosis technology for motor can not effectively identify the external raceway,and it is difficult to identify the external raceway under the condition of no-load and light-load,a new method for external raceway recognition using multiple components of rotation frequency pulse width modulation is intended to be studied in this paper.Compared with other diagnostic methods based on MCSA,it is concluded that this method focuses on the impact of faults on the rotation frequency modulation components.It can diagnose small external raceway faults,and also produce an effect on conditions of no-load or light load for induction motors.
