大管径管束外含空气的蒸汽冷凝传热特性分析

摘要 管束外含大量空气的蒸汽冷凝传热是非能动安全壳热量导出系统运行过程中的一个重要现象,它直接影响该系统向外界导出热量的效率。本文采用数值模拟的方法对大管径管束(d=38 mm)外含大量空气的蒸汽冷凝传热特性进行了分析。结果表明:此工况下,顺排管束的平均传热系数优于叉排管束,且提高幅度随管间距的增大而减小;管束的平均换热系数随管间距的增大而增大,在管间距为3 d时,除管束中心的3根传热管外,其余传热管上的冷凝换热系数均大于单管。 The condensation heat transfer process of steam in the presence of a large quantity of air outside the tube bundle is a crucial phenomenon to be taken into consideration during the operation of a passive containment heat removal system,which directly affects the efficiency of the system in exporting heat to the outside.The heat transfer characteristics of steam condensation with a large quantity of air outside a large diameter tube bundle(d=38 mm)are investigated in this paper via numerical simulation.Results show that the average condensation heat transfer coefficient(CHTC)of tube bundles arranged inline is superior to that of tube bundles in a staggered arrangement,and the increasing range decreases with the increase in tube spacing.Moreover,the average CHTC of the tube bundle increases with tube spacing.With the exception of the three heat transfer tubes in the center of the tube bundle,the CHTC of all the other heat transfer tubes is larger than that of a single tube when the tube spacing is 3 d.
