摘要
本文结合北京长峰医院“4·18”火灾事故教训,对近二十年全国医院典型火灾事故的火灾原因、发生部位、人员伤亡等情况进行分析,对卫生医疗场所常见的火灾隐患进行梳理和总结,对加强和改进卫生医疗场所消防管理,强化提升火灾防范能力,提出可行化、科学化的意见和建议。
Based on the lessons learned from the“4·18”fire accident at Changfeng Hospital in Beijing,this article analyzes the causes,locations,and casualties of fire accidents in hospitals across the country in the past 20 years and typical fire accidents at home and abroad in the past 30 years.It also sorts out and summarizes common fire hazards in healthcare facilities,and proposes feasible solutions Scientific opinions and suggestions that strengthen and improve fire management in healthcare facilities,and to enhance fire prevention capabilities.
