摘要
西安地区文物古迹众多,历代陕西、西安主政官员的活动很多都与文物古迹相关。毕沅作为清代中期主政陕西的著名学者型官员,在西安的时间较久,并且在施政中、学术上尤为关注西安地区的文物古迹,他详细考证了传世方志文献中关于西安文物古迹的记载,对错误简略之处进行了补充,在施政过程中主持编撰了地方志、金石志等文献记叙西安地区的文物古迹,在方志文献中首先创立了文物古迹相关分卷,同时采取了一系列具体措施维护西安的文物古迹,长期以来搜集了众多的可移动文物进行保护,在陕期间撰写了大量的诗词歌咏西安的文物古迹,为后人了解清代中期西安文物古迹状况提供了丰富的资料,在客观上对西安的文物古迹起到了保护的作用。
There are many cultural relics and historic sites in Xi’an,and so many of the local government officials’activities in charge of Shaanxi and Xi’an in the past dynasties have been related to the cultural relics and historic sites.Bi Yuan,as a well-known scholar-official in charge of Shaanxi in the Mid-Qing Dynasty,spent a comparative long period in Xi’an,and attached greater importance to the cultural relics and historic sites in Xi’an area in his administration and academics.Bi Yuan made detailed textual research into the cultural relics and historic sites in Xi’an in the handed-down local records,supplemented the mistakes and brevity in them.Besides,during his administration,Bi Yuan presided over the compilation of local chronicles,collection of metal and stone inscriptions,and other literature and documents,introduced the relevant sub-volumes into them,adopted a series of concrete measures to maintain the cultural relics and historic sites in Xi’an,for a long time collected many movable cultural and historical relics for further protection,wrote a large number of poems highly praising the cultural relics and historic sites in Xi’an when he was in charge of Shaanxi,which provided a wealth of information for future generations to understand the cultural relics and historic sites in Xi’an in the Mid-Qing Dynasty and objectively protected the cultural relics and historic sites in Xi’an.
