摘要
双碳目标的提出是中国应对世界环境危机、构建人类命运共同体所做出的努力,是为了解决全球气候变暖问题所给出的中国答案。双碳目标的实现是必然趋势,也是我国环境保护工作更上新台阶的标志。争取在2030年前实现碳达峰,在2060年前实现碳中和,从此实现中国的二氧化碳或温室气体的相对零排放。双碳目标的提出并不是偶然的,而是出于全球气候问题不断恶化,国际环境保护问题越发突出,中国共产党从全人类的命运,从地球生命的命运出发,为国际社会贡献的中国力量。双碳目标的核心不是彻底放弃碳排放,而是努力实现经济发展和碳排放的切割,利用植树造林等方式,内部吸收处理掉排放出来的温室气体,这就需要更加强大的技术支持。文章从双碳目标的内涵出发,分析了双碳目标提出的历史背景以及重大意义,最后提出双碳目标实现的路径。
The proposal of the two-carbon goal is China's efforts to deal with the world environmental crisis and build a community with a shared future for mankind.It is China's answer to solve the problem of global warming.The realization of the double-carbon target is an inevitable trend,and also a sign of China's environmental protection work to a new level.We will strive to achieve a carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,and then achieve relatively zero carbon emissions of carbon dioxide or greenhouse gases in China.The two-carbon goal is not accidental,but due to the worsening global warming and the international environmental protection problem,the contribution of all mankind and life to the international community on earth.The core of the dual-carbon goal is not to completely abandon carbon emissions,but to strive to achieve economic development and carbon emissions,and the internal absorption of greenhouse gases,which requires more powerful technical support.This paper starts from the connotation of double carbon target,analyzes the double carbon target historical background and significance,finally put forward the double carbon goal change path,the purpose is to analyze the inevitability of the goal of double carbon and great,to understand the double carbon target and the communist party of China to build human destiny community efforts to provide a reference.
