摘要
水利工程中潜水作业作为一种特殊的工程作业形式,在水利工程运行管理中,尤其在应急抢险过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文主要阐述潜水作业在水利行业中日常管理、维护检修、应急抢险等方面的应用,分析新时期安徽省水利潜水作业在管理体制、运行机制、经费投入、人才保障等方面面临的形势及存在的问题,探讨新时期潜水作业在水利工程中的工作思路,促进水利潜水作业更好更广泛应用,在安徽省水利工程运行管理中发挥更大作用。
Diving operations in water conservancy projects are a specialized form of engineering work and play a significant role in the management of water conservancy project operations,particularly during emergency response situations.This article primarily discusses the applications of diving operations in daily management,maintenance,and emergency response in the water conservancy industry.It analyzes the current situation and existing problems faced by diving operations in water conservancy projects in Anhui Province,including management systems,operational mechanisms,funding allocation,and talent assurance.Furthermore,it explores new strategies for diving operations in water conservancy projects in order to promote their wider and more effective application and enhance their role in the management of water conservancy projects in Anhui Province.
