页岩气平台中压工艺流程的现场应用与评价

摘要 为解决川南页岩气地面集输系统面临的工艺流程复杂、地面建设投资高等难题,创新采用了优化简化的平台中压工艺流程,引入了智能精细控压、气液两相不分离计量、集中旋流除砂+分离组合等技术,并开展了适应性研究分析及实施效果评价。研究结果表明:1)“固定式油嘴+笼套式调节阀”精细控压工艺使气井压降速率得到有效控制,压降速率低于0.1 MPa/d;2)两相流量计30 d累计气相和液相计量数据与高级孔板阀和电磁流量计比对偏差分别在6%、10%以内;3)“集中旋流除砂+分离”组合工艺对井口砂砾起到较好的脱除效果,有效保护下游集气管线。结论认为,中压工艺流程主要技术指标达到设计要求,满足页岩气平台稳产期生产需求。 In order to solve the problems faced by the surface gathering and transportation system of shale gas in southern Sichuan,such as complex process flow and high investment in surface facilities,an innovative optimized and simplified platform medium pressure process flow scheme was introduced,and technical measures such as intelligent precision pressure control,gas-liquid mixed-phase metering,combination of centralized cyclone sand removal+separation were introduced.An adaptability research analysis and implementation effect evaluation were then carried out.The research results indicate that:1)the pressure drop rate of gas wells are under effective control by the precision pressure control process of“fixed nozzle+cage type control valve”,with a pressure drop rate of below 0.1 MPa/d;2)The deviation between the 30-day accumulated gas and liquid phase metered data of the two-phase flow meter as compared to the senior orifice fitting and electromagnetic flow meter is within 6%and 10%,respectively;3)The combination process of“centralized cyclone sand removal+separation”has a good removal effect on the sand and gravel at the wellhead,effectively protecting the gas gathering pipeline downstream.It is concluded that the main technical indicators of the medium pressure process scheme meet both the design specifications and the production requirements of the shale gas platform in the plateau production period.
