摘要
开展城市体检工作,可提升城市综合治理水平。目前大多数的城市首次体检通常采用存量数据来计算指标,获得区域性的结果,但此结果并不能客观精准地反映现实的分布状况,因此无法为城市精准化治理提供参考。为此,文章以昭通中心城市体检为例,详细介绍了城市基期体检的方法,并通过精准的空间数据采集、处理、分析得到准确的指标计算结果。结果表明,此方法不仅能大幅提升城市体检的可靠性,还能准确分析“城市病”所在的空间位置并进行展示,可为后期城市治理精准施策提供较好的基础。实践证明,该方法合理可行。
Conducting urban physical examinations can enhance the level of comprehensive urban governance.At present,most cities usually use inventory data to calculate indicators for their first physical examination,and obtaining regional results cannot objectively and accurately reflect the actual distribution situation,therefore it cannot provide reference for precise urban governance.For this reason,a case study of the physical examination for central urban areas of Zhaotong City,the article provides a detailed introduction to the methods of urban basic period physical examination through precise spatial data collection,processing,and analysis,and the accurate indicator calculation results are obtained.This can significantly improve the reliability of basic urban physical examinations,accurately analyze the spatial location of urban diseases and display them,and providing a good foundation for precise implementation of urban governance policies in the later stage.Practice has proven that the method proposed is reasonable and feasible.
