摘要
目的 探讨Indigo血栓抽吸系统在急性期髂股静脉血栓治疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2022年8~11月山东省立第三医院6例Indigo血栓抽吸系统治疗的急性期髂股静脉血栓形成患者临床材料,总结操作技巧及血栓清除效果。结果患者血栓清除率均大于90%,技术成功率100%,血栓抽吸过程中及术后均无明显出血、肝肾功能损伤、低血压、头晕、心慌等并发症。所有患者都获得随访,术后3个月复查未见深静脉血栓形成复发及其他并发症发生。结论 Indigo血栓抽吸系统是治疗急性期髂股静脉血栓治疗的安全、有效方法。
Objective To investigate the application value of Indigo thrombus aspiration system in the treatment of acute iliofemoral vein thrombosis.Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with acute iliofemoral vein thrombosis who treated by Indigo thrombus aspiration system in Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from August 2022 to November 2022 were analyzed retrospectively,and the operation skills and thrombus clearance effects were summarized.Results The thrombus clearance rate was more than 90%in all patients,and the technical success rate was 100%.There were no obvious bleeding,liver and kidney function damage,hypotension,dizziness,palpitation and other complications during and after thrombus aspiration.All patients were followed up,there were no recurrence of deep venous thrombosis and other complications three months after operation.Conclusion Indigo thrombus aspiration system is a safe and effective method for the treatment of acute iliofemoral vein thrombosis.
