摘要
国有建设用地管理工作是现代城市管理中的重要环节,是城市规划实现的基础性工作。随着城市管理工作智慧化、精细化进程的推进,地理空间信息数据的支撑作用显得愈发重要。本研究工作基于现有的土地管理工作,组织梳理整合国有建设用地供应的纸质资料、档案及部分现实数据,实现管理数据的矢量化、信息化,建立国有建设用地供应的空间数据库,形成国有建设用地管理“一张图”,提升办公效率,完成优化营商环境的目标,为城市管理者提供决策服务。
The management of state-owned construction land is an important link in modern urban management and the basic work of urban planning.With the advancement of the intellectualization and refinement of urban management,the supporting role of geospatial information data becomes more and more important.This research work was based on the existing land management work,organized and integrated the state-owned construction land supply of paper materials,archived some of the real data,and achieve the vectorization of management data to establish a spatial database of state-owned construction land supply,and formed“One Map”of state-owned construction land management,which improved the efficiency,achieved the goal of optimizing the business environment,and provided decision-making services for urban managers.
