摘要
目的探究仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法研究纳入77例老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者,以随机数字表法将77例患者分成对照组(38例)与观察组(39例),对照组患者采用手术、术后服用阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用仙灵骨葆胶囊,比较2组患者的治疗效果及不良反应和并发症的发生率;比较治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、活动能力评分及日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)、椎体高度变化及后凸角度、骨钙素(bone Gla-protein,BGP)和骨碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)水平及骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD);比较生活质量综合评定问卷(generic quality of life inventory 74,GQOL-74)评分。结果与对照组(81.58%)相比,观察组的有效率(97.44%)更高(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者不良反应和并发症的发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者的VAS、活动能力评分、JOA、BGP、BALP、BMD、GQOL-74评分均改善,与对照组相比,观察组患者VAS、活动能力评分、JOA、BGP、BALP、BMD、GQOL-74评分的改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床效果显著,患者恢复较好,生活质量得到提升。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xianling Gubao Capsules combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of senile osteoporotic compression fracture.Methods 77 elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fracture were included in the study,and divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(39 cases)by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with surgery and alendronic acid sodium after surgery.The patients in the observation group were treated with Xianling Gubao Capsule on the basis of the treatment in the control group,and the treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions and complications of the patients in the 2 groups were compared;The visual analog scale(VAS),activity score,and Japanese orthopaedic association score(JOA),vertebral height changes,kyphosis angle,bone gla protein(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)levels,bone mineral density(BMD)and the scores of the general quality of life inventory 74(GQOL-74)were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group(81.58%),the effective rate of the observation group(97.44%)was higher(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions and complications were compared between observation group and control group(P>0.05);After treatment,the VAS,mobility score,JOA,BGP and BALP,BMD and GQOL-74 scores of the 2 groups were improved.Compared with the control group,the VAS,mobility score,JOA,BGP,BALP,BMD and GQOL-74 scores of the observation group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Xianling Gubao Capsules combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fracture has a significant clinical effect.The patients recovered well,and the quality of life was improved.
