摘要
法治人才的培养就是法律职业共同体成员的培养。结合高校所在区域实际,通过对法治人才培养共同体进行平台化、制度化的实质性培育,使协同育人机制得以落实,便于从法律职业共同体引出优质法律实务资源,支撑高校法学教育,从而培养出合格乃至卓越的法治人才,进而反哺法律职业共同体,实现两大共同体衔接呼应、相辅相成、同质发展,有效提升法学教育的社会适应度。
The cultivation of legal talents is the cultivation of members of the legal professional community.In combination with the actual situation of the region where the university is located,through the substantial cultivation of the platformized and institutionalized community of legal talent training,the collaborative education mechanism can be implemented.This is convenient to draw high-quality legal practice resources from the legal professional community and support the legal education of universities.Accordingly,qualified and outstanding legal talents are cultivated,which in return feed back the legal professional community.In this vein,the convergence,complementation and homogeneous development of the two communities can be achieved,so that the social adaptability of legal education can be enhanced effectively.
