摘要
通过典型案例从颈椎病的流行病学及理论源流、病因病机辨析与治疗3方面入手总结赵继荣教授治疗颈椎病的临证经验,赵继荣教授通过手法调筋骨平衡,通过中药内服外用同调脏腑经络气血,通过改变患者生活与工作习惯及锻炼颈椎五步操以求维持患者颈项部力学平衡,4法同用相得益彰,丰富了中医诊疗颈椎病的学术思想,为颈椎病的防治拓展了新思路。
Professor Zhao Jirong's clinical experience in treating cervical spondylosis is summarized by typical cases from the epidemiology,theoretical origin,the cause,the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and the treatment of the disease,professor Zhao adjusts the balance of muscles and bones by technique,regulates visceral meridian and collateral,Qi and blood by oral administration and external application of herbs,and maintains the mechanical balance of the patient's neck by changing the patients’life and working habits and doing cervical five-step exercise,four methods working together complement each other.His therapy has enriched the academic thinking of diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis in TCM,and expanded new ideas for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
