摘要 高压直流换流站内滤波电容器的噪声问题十分严重,是换流站内的主要噪声源。过量的振动和噪声会影响换流站内电容器的寿命以及周围的环境,亟需掌握其声振规律,为电容器的本体和辅助降噪措施提供理论支撑。针对滤波电容器可听噪声机理和特性不明确的问题,分析了滤波电容器的内部受力和振动机理,并在符合国家标准的半消声室内研究了不同激励下滤波电容器的辐射噪声特性。测试结果验证了所提电容器噪声的产生机理。该研究对滤波电容器减振降噪措施的提出具有重要的理论指导意义。 The noise problem of filter capacitors in high-voltage direct current converter stations is very serious and is the main noise source in the converter stations.Excessive vibration and noise can affect the life of capacitors in converter stations as well as the surrounding environment,and there is an urgent need to grasp their acoustic vibration laws to provide theoretical support for the capacitor’s body and auxiliary noise reduction measures.To address the problem of unclear mechanism and characteristics of audible noise of filter capacitors,the internal force and vibration mechanism of filter capacitors are analyzed,and the radiated noise characteristics of filter capacitors under different excitations are studied in a semi-anechoic chamber conforming to national standards.The test results verify the proposed mechanism of capacitor noise generation.The research has an important theoretical guidance for the proposed vibration and noise reduction measures of filter capacitors.
