摘要
创建教师教育综合改革实验区是探索师范教育培养新模式和新机制,建立健全教师发展支持系统,全面提升教师教育质量的重要举措。其实质是建立沟通融合渠道,打破体制机制壁垒,服务于高质量公共教育服务体系、高水平教师教育体系、高规格教师教育学科体系等“三个体系”的建设。通过构建卓越教师“U-G-S-R”协同培养模式、优化教师培养培训体系与方式、健全教师发展保障体系、建立教师教育云平台、完善质量保障与评价体系、建构协同治理体系等举措,进而重塑区域教育事业发展的治理结构,实现区域教育教师教育一体化。
The establishment of the comprehensive reform experimental zone of teacher education is an important measure to explore the new mode and mechanism of teacher education and training,and establish the support system of teacher development and improve the quality of teacher education.Its essence is to build a high-quality public education service system,teacher education system and teacher education discipline system.To reshape the governance structure of regional education development and realize the integration of regional education teacher education is mainly through the following measures:building a ' U-G-S-R ' collaborative training model,optimizing the teacher training system,improving the teacher development guarantee system,establishing a teacher education cloud platform,improving the quality assurance and evaluation system and building a collaborative governance system.
